Crematorium Equipments evaluation and break down preventive inspection
We, Enviro Care Engineers, Coimbatore evaluate crematorium equipments ( Electric Crematorium, GAS Crematorium and Gasifier Crematorium) to avoid break down of the equipment as a preventive maintenance and this consequent to better life for cremation machinery.
- Cremation Furnace – Inspection of all refractory areas and body laying bed
- Mechanical Items – Inspection of furnace door assembly, gear box motor, body charging trolley, Lubrication, bearing noise, drive adjustment in air blower and ID fan.
- Electrical equipments – Panel boards items, Limit switch, Timers and controls and indicators, motors and centrifugal pumps and Electric Coils
- Pollution equipments – Venturi scrubber with cyclone separator assembly, air blowers, stack chimney
- GAS burners and Producer Gas burners inspection.
Crematorium conversion – Converting or Changing the existing cremation furnace to other type of cremation furnace.
We, Enviro Care Engineers, Coimbatore inspect the existing crematorium furnace , Pollution control equipments and other Mechanical as well Electric accessories and accordingly, the existing crematorium may be altered or modified into other type of crematorium.
